How the subscription works.
What does the 3-month term mean?
You commit to three consecutive monthly billing cycles at your chosen plan. After the initial term the subscription continues monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What if I don't receive my minimum in a given month?
Any shortfall against the guaranteed minimum of valid leads is topped up in the following month, or credited if it occurs in the final month of your term.
Why is there a maximum as well as a minimum?
The cap protects your team's capacity and keeps pricing predictable. If demand consistently pushes you above the monthly maximum we roll that into an upgrade conversation rather than sending unbilled overflow that your desk can't work properly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-term?
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next term.
What counts as a replaceable lead?
Duplicates, invalid contact details, out-of-scope enquiries and any lead that fails our verification checks after delivery are replaced at no cost.
